Studio Keros is a full-service residential and commercial design studio based in Orange County, CA. Our approach to design is fresh and forward thinking. Inspired by travels, our aesthetic goal is to transcend time and location. We gravitate towards earthy, modern elements balanced with vintage charm and organic materials. Our style is eclectic and refined, aiming to embrace the original character of a site, then enhancing it with layers of unique details that revitalize and excite. In our designs, we aim to bring a diverse look that embodies sophistication, harmony and comfort!

New Builds

New construction homes are a clean slate full of design potential. We collaborate with architects, builders, trades and vendors to design a curated space, specific to our client's wants & needs. From concept, to sourcing selections, through to installation, we guide our clients through the design process from start to finish.

Renovations

Transforming an existing space is all about developing upon the bones of a home & thoughtfully curating unique details that give it new life. We lean on our client's vision and seek to enhance the original architecture with fresh, innovative elements that elevate spaces to their highest potential.

As a full service interior design studio, we use tools which include inspiration boards, space planning, detailed drawings, 3D modeling, & renderings to portray our vision for the space.

Our Process

Step 1

Discovery

Let’s get to know each other! All projects begin with a complimentary discovery call where we learn about you, your style, and your project to evaluate if we are a good fit for each other. From there we will meet in person to to cover the project scope in detail, take measurements, discuss budget, style preferences, and timeline. From there, we'll formulate and submit a proposal to set a foundation that is comfortable and realistic, ensuring we are on the same page moving forward. Upon approval of the proposal, we transmit a contract for review and signature. Along with the executed contract, we require a retainer fee which will be credited against any outstanding invoices.

Step 2

Onboarding & Project Launch

This is where the fun begins! We start working on the conceptual design based on the floor plan, your style preferences, and project goals. We'll curate and submit an Inspiration Deck to set the tone for the rest of the project and make sure we have an agreed upon design direction. We will confirm room dimensions, and determine the best layout for each space prior to sourcing specific pieces or implementing architectural design details.

Step 3

Design Conceptualization

Brainstorming sessions, sketching out ideas, and developing concepts for your project! From envisioning color palettes to exploring innovative interior architectural design details, this stage sets the foundation for the magic to come. We spend hours analyzing architectural plans, considering aesthetic intent + functionality, and fine-tuning every detail to create spaces that are as practical as they are beautiful.

Sourcing

From scouting unique textiles and selecting sustainable materials to discovering one-of-a-kind pieces from skilled craftsmen, each selection is carefully curated to reflect the client's style and enhance the overall aesthetic of the space.

Step 5

Client Meetings and Presentations

We meet with clients to present design concepts, and gather feedback. These collaborative sessions are where ideas come to life as we work together refine concepts, explore new possibilities, and ensure that every detail aligns with the client's vision and expectations. We showcase our ideas using different visualization tools including line drawings, 3D renderings, and a presentations that elegantly lays out all the details for each area of the scope of work.

Documentation and Approvals

Final selections packaged together with pricing, lead times, and specifications for client's approval.

Once we have your approval on every part of the plan, we will make it happen! You can sit back and relax while we handle ordering, tracking, logistics planning, storage coordination, delivery & installation

Project Management and Coordination

Behind the scenes, we wear many hats and juggle project timelines, budgets, and logistics. From coordinating with contractors and manufacturers to overseeing that installations align with project timelines, effective project management is key to keeping everything running smoothly and ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising on quality. We’ll be on top of everything so you can sit back and get excited about the big reveal! The results will be worth waiting for.
